Rembrandt, Landscape with Cottage and Large Tree, Highly Collectible Etching
This is a beautiful etching, after Rembrandt, by master engraver Amand Durand. Titled “LANDSCAPE WITH A COTTAGE AND LARGE TREE ” (year of original 1641).
Etching image size is 5″ x 13″. Paper with Border measures 15″ x 22″. On Somerset paper.
This etching is embossed with the Amand Durand stamp. Comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Reference #226 according to the British Catalogue, circa 1797, is a hand pulled-ETCHING from the AUTHENTIC & Original copper Rembrandt plates by Armand-Durand (1831-1905) overseen by Art World Industries, inc.
This piece is in excellent condition, and has never been framed.
