Rare Map by John Reid "Plan of the City of Washington 1795

Rare framed map of the "Plan of the City of Washington" in the Territory of Columbia ceded by the States of Virginia and Maryland to the United States of America and by them established as the seat of their Government published by John Reid, 1795. 

Condition: Nicely framed to 29 by 24 inches. Map shows older folds and yellowing consistent with its age but overall shows good.
