Automobile Sale Terms: All vehicles are sold with clear title and must be picked up in the Washington, DC metro area. You may use a shipper of your choice to pick up the vehicle but under no circumstances will Seized Property Auctions be responsible for shipping vehicles.

Bidders may be required to submit a “good faith” deposit to secure their bids. Deposits will be refunded to all non-winning bidders. At the conclusion of the auction, the high bidder is required to submit a 10% non-refundable deposit. The balance must be paid by wire transfer within 5 business days. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of vehicle. All vehicle bids and sales are subject to the final approval of the consignor or consigning agency. Should approval be denied, all deposits shall be returned within 2 business days.
All vehicles are sold as is, where is, with no warranty expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be correct but are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. All vehicle sales transactions are conducted through a licensed auto dealer, government agency, or private individual. Tag, taxes, title and license fees shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, and vary by state.
