Biography: Anisoara Mutihac believes that the most important thing about painting is that it has the ability to capture a moment that might otherwise be forgotten. Anisoara Mutihac has nurtured a reverence for nature and love of art through extensive travel all over the world. Working mostly in oils, but also in acrylic, watercolor, and pastel, Mutihac has an interesting range of styles from representational to classicism. Born and raised in Romania, she was strongly influenced by the Romanian and east-European art and artists. She also had the good fortune to travel to United States, Canada and most of Europe sharing her experience with well known artist. She had numerous personal and group art shows throughout the world, being awarded many times with very important distinctions, like „Certificate of Excellence” from the Royal House Gallery, „Diploma of Excellence” from International Artists Association, „Special Prize for Artistic Expressions” at the Winter International Art Salon, and many, many more. ). The artist has works in collections throughout France, Germany, Norway, Israel, Hungary, USA, Canada, Japan, Spain, Ukraine, and Moldova.
